FLEET TECHNOLOGY EXPO IS ALMOST HERE!
Important details you'll need before heading to Schaumburg are below.

HOW DO I GET TO THE RENAISSANCE SCHAUMBURG CONVENTION CENTER HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT?

The Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel is about 13 miles from Chicago/O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and 32 miles from Chicago/Midway International Airport (MDW). Click here for directions from both airports.

Ground Transportation Options
Go Airport Express Shuttle discounted rates are available. Book your shuttle online or call (800) 284-3826 and use code FTE16 to receive a discount.

Taxi Info. If you'd like to take a taxi to your hotel, make sure to book a "suburban taxi" in advance. Regular city taxis traveling to a destination outside the city of Chicago will charge a 50% surcharge. Save the fees: book your suburban taxi with American Taxi at (847) 255-9600 or 303 Taxi at (847) 303-0303.

Please Note: Self-parking at the Renaissance Schaumburg is FREE - Valet is available for $17/day.


WHERE DO I GET MY BADGE?
You may pick up your badge at the registration desk, located in the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel, Schaumburg Foyer North, during the hours below. Get a head-start, and view the full schedule. Pick up your badge early and make sure to wear it at all times!

Not at all! On-site registration will be available at the times listed above, especially for the Free Fleet Exhibit Hall Only Pass which also includes the Advanced Technology and Alt- Fuel Ride & Drive Event and Keynote Address and Awards Ceremony. Your colleagues can download the form here and bring it with them to register on-site.

Show attendees can get behind the wheel of the latest technologically advanced and alternative fuel vehicles from major automotive manufacturers in a fun and lively street fair-like atmosphere featuring: test drives, food and beverages, music and entertainment, games... test drives! Open to all FTX attendees with a valid Driver's License, 21 years old and over. Click here for details.

Where is the exhibit hall and when is it open?
The exhibit hall is located in Adventure Hall at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel.

Passport Program
Pick up your passport at the registration counter. Get it stamped by participating exhibitors, then return your fully stamped booklet to the Bobit Business Media booth #506 by 1:00pm on Wednesday for a chance to win great prizes. The drawing will be held at booth #506 at 1:30pm on Wednesday. You must be present to win.
